System-Generated Participant IDs:

Random numbers can now be used for system-generated Participant IDs, and Site ID prefixes are optional. Data Managers can now edit system-generated Participant IDs at any time.

Common Events Table:

The Item Brief Description (if present) is used as the column title for custom columns in the Common Events table.

Print Participant Casebooks:

Download a Participant Casebook in PDF format from the Participant Details page. The PDF option generates a single file that includes all Forms with a status of Data Entry Started or Complete for a Participant. The PDF option only generates forms that the user has access to. Forms include history, notes, and item data.

Multi-Factor Authentication:

Enhance your security with a second authentication factor. This feature requires users to login by entering username and password and a dynamically-generated access code from an app on their smartphone. You can request to enable this feature by contacting our support team.

Item Description Added for SAS Extracts:

SAS Extracts now include item descriptions.

Performance Improvements, Enhancements, and Bug Fixes:

Performance improvements include enhancements to loading forms with cross-form logic (up to 80% faster depending on study design), the View Event screen (up to 50% faster), and study publishing workflow.

This release addresses a session expiration issue that occurred when a user was active for a long time on a single form.
